We record agreements regarding care and services in a care delivery agreement, including general terms and conditions. Brentano uses the format of the trade association ActiZ for this purpose. In the general terms and conditions, you can read about your rights to care.

Transparency of Board of Directors expenses
In the context of social responsibility and transparency, Brentano publicly accounts annually – following approval of the annual accounts – for the expenses incurred by the Board of Directors in the performance of their duties.
