A familiar place between the Poel and the old center

Located on the edge of the De Poel nature reserve and close to the old center of Amstelveen lies 't Huis aan de Poel. It is a place where living, care, and life come together for people with dementia (psychogeriatrics) and people with physical disabilities (somatics). In addition, we offer palliative care with peace, attention, and closeness during the final phase of life.

Together with family, loved ones, volunteers, and the neighborhood, we create a warm home where everyone feels welcome and seen. In the restaurant, on the spacious terrace, and during activities, there is room for meeting and meaningful moments — right in the heart of the neighborhood.

Do you want to live here? Then you need a valid WLZ indication from the CIZ: Care profile VV05/ZZP5 – dementia or Care profile VV06/ZZP 6 – somatic care (physical care). VV04/ZZP4 in consultation.
