Housing File
All our residents have their own digital (residential) care file: 'Puur van Jou'. .
This contains (medical) data of the resident and what care the resident receives, why, and when.
Primary contact persons have access to this digital (residential) care file and require an activation code for this. This can be requested from our Care Placement department after activation of the account (zorgbemiddeling@brentano.nl or 020 – 445 97 55).

If your loved one is placed on the threshold list (in the top 3 at a location), you will receive information on how to create an account. You can also contact Care Mediation if you have problems creating your account.
Only the resident themselves and the primary contact person can see the schedule and the care agreements in place.

The 'Puur van Jou' (residential) care file also offers the opportunity to tell something about the resident. This can be filled in under 'Personal Profile'. It is helpful if the resident or primary contact person fills this in before moving in, so that we already know the resident a little by the time they move in with us.
