Local client councils
All Brentano residential care centers have their own residents' council that represents the interests of the residents (per residential care center).
A client council meets regularly with the care team leader and, if necessary, with experts.
In those meetings, the policy pursued and changes thereto are discussed, among other things.
The clients' council provides advice and makes new practical proposals to improve the care and well-being of residents.
They play an important role in the communication between residents, their loved ones, and Brentano.
Central Client Council
The 'local' client councils outsource cross-location matters to the Central Client Council (CCR).
In this council, mutual coordination takes place between the client councils of all locations.
As required by law, there is direct consultation with the Board of Directors of Brentano.
The Central Client Council has an independent chairperson, and the local client councils have a representative on the Central Client Council.
